Material Procurement
With highly technical jobs, material and equipment procurement is a large undertaking. Our team understands the process to ensure all materials meet the needs of the client and arrive on time. Whenever possible, materials are supplied with ISO 9000 certification.
Estimating
Our team offers conceptual estimating on any project to give the client a true understanding of what the project cost may be. We also meet with subcontractors to review scope of project, estimate, scheduling and manpower requirements and all special needs for the project. This can eliminate extras and changes before the contract is issued and creates the big picture for the client.
Quality Control Program
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide for our customers with top quality Project Management, Workmanship, Subcontracted Services, Controls and Scheduling to meet their needs. We have developed our own program for “Total Quality Management”, which improves project performance and achieves the objectives of every project, resulting in long-standing client relationships.
Constructability Reviews
Our team is available to conduct constructability reviews to determine site conditions, review logistics plans, provide value engineering suggestions, determine the best contracting methods, and coordinate Design Build services when needed.
Subcontractor Management
Our team checks all financial information, safety program and references thoroughly before a subcontractor is qualified to bid or a contract is awarded. This ensures the client is getting the best team and most accurate pricing for the project.
